This is my 3rd time posting in 14 days WITHOUT any feedback. does anyone ever REALLY answer these posts?

After scheduled scans, anti-virus turns off: i.e. taskbar item replaced by windows security alert item which says anti-virus not on. Opening Adaware fixes.
Tried reinstalling issue remains.
WHEN stop all scheduled scans - it does NOT turn off. Neither at it's favorite time of 13.42 cst nor anytime after choosing to run a scan from start-up page. HOW DO I FIX THIS.
