I'd been running an earlier version of ad-aware (6) & decided to upgrade to the latest version of the free-ware.
Sounds great but it's not all it cracked up to be.
The earlier version I was running had the ability to be set to RUN at start-up.
This version does not allow me to access this function unless I want to pay for it.
Why pay for something now when I've had that function previously.
Not only that but it now looks like I will have to uninstall the program & go back to an earlier version so I can get these features back.
The upgrade doesnt seem to work properly either.
It opens up a folder without giving any reason.

1. How do I stop this program from opening up folders at start-up?
2. How do I get the Start-up function back without having to re-install an earlier version?

AE 6 is outdated since 2003 !
What O/S is installed ? What security software ?
and how you've uninstalled AAW6?
