I am having trouble uninstalling the lavasoft adware, I love this program and have been using it for years. I have noticed that every few years the program stops preforming like it should and I have to uninstall and install a new version. Right now It is not allowing me to uninstall. Some times it will not show up in my directory, and then I will reboot and it will be in there. It will load up the uninstall then says please wait tell windows conf's ad- ware 2008 after the bar goes about 1/4 of the way it stops and says error after a period of time.

error code is 1921 says verify that you hve sufficent privileges to stop system I am the only user and adminstrator on this computer what the heck ?

Try this:

start > run > type services.msc > enter > find Lavasoft Ad-Aware service and click stop.

Then try uninstalling using Revo.

cause there was a glitch in an update last week.
