I having trouble with the latest update of ad-aware anniversary edition. After I updated the def files the ad-watch live wiped out my boot file on my vista ultimate sp1 64bit so all of the data got wiped. I reinstall vista and updated the def files and the same thing happen again. I don't get the problem with xp home sp3 32bit on the same computer. Both windows have got the latest updated.

I have no maleware problems. Vista works fine when I did a clean install and install all of the windows updates and programs. I installed ad-aware Anniversary edition last and updated to the latest def. Then the Ad-watch wiped out the boot file. All folder and files got deleted. I might reinstall vista again and put ad-aware on first to see if the problem happens again.
