Full Version: Error while shredding individual files and folders

Does anyone know why I would get the following error message when I try to shed files or folders?

Could not locate necessary dll 'SITPVG.dll'

When I right click on a file or folder and select "shred," the Lavasoft Shred Filed and Folder form appears. When I then press the "Shred" button, I get the above error message regarding SITPVG.dll.

For your information, I have the trial version of File Shredder and I'm using Windows Vista.

hi,

I have got a license for Lavasoft File Shredder yesterday as bought the laplink gold 2008.

And 'Could not locate necessary dll ' SITPVG.dll '' too when I run the Shredder on vista 64 box.

Any help from official site (lavasoft)?

I have the same problem SITPVG.dll missing. Any solution ? Lavasoft support page won't seem to open so i can't ask their support team

If uninstalling/reinstalling does not resolve the issue for you, please contact the Support Team via the Support Center for official technical assistance here:

Hi,

I wrote my problem to Support Team about 2-3 times. But they did not response me.
now , I have to write my problem from here. Can you help me about this problem.

I use Windows Server 2008 64-Bit. And I have licenced Lavasoft File Shredder but it doesn't work. I have same error message.

I contacted with support team. And they sent a file to resolve problem.
I applied their resolve but my problem was not resolve.

and I again wrote email to support team but they did not response.

Hi, as you have a valid license you are entitled to support either through email or chat.
Please contact the support staff once more and tell them your issue was not resolved, they will be more then happy to assist.
