There are 2 items in quarantine that I am trying to restore. I restore the others without a problem, but these particular 2 items can't be restored.
Whenever I try to restore them, an error box pops up saying "Unable to restore item".
Why is it doing this? Why won't it allow me to restore the items? I want them restored so that I can un-install the program. I don't want to un-install the program without restoring all of the quarantined items first.
What should I do???

That shouldn't be a problem...
create a system restore point and start the uninstall - process

So is that all to it? Just create the system restore point to the "current time and date" first, then simply un-install the program right after setting the system restore point?
Are you saying that will restore the quarantined items?

Nope
probably are the quarantined files damaged, that's why the aren't recoverable .
The syst.rest.point is necessary safety-tool

Okay. Well I've done the system restore thing before. I was instructed on how to do it by someone.
So do I set the system restore point to the current time and date, or do I set it to another time and date. Exactly what do I do?

you can use the current date...
the main thing is that the date is before you uninstall
