Hi Raziel,

I have 2008, it's completely messed up and I can't stop the proceesses! The stop option is ghosted!

try this...
install 'Revo ininstaller'*
install 'W.I.C.U'*

-create a system restore point
-run Revo to uninstall your current AAW version
-during the uninstall Revo will search for the AAW uninstaller, probably it can't be found,proceed with Revo
-now run Windows Installer CleanUp Utility and delete all AAW references

before we proceed : I need your O/S
