I have followed various solutions posted. None work.
First I could not Add/Remove AdWare
I downloaded Windows Install Clean up which did get rid of old AdWare but nothing improved.
I keep getting 1814 error.
I tried downloading new AdWare and C+++ error on installing. Tells me to manually install the sw??!!
Naturally, computer extremely slow.

It is closed for questioning, but I have seen other references to a similar problem and this fix here today.

I am stuck. There is no corrupted file. Computer is too slow for use.
I cannot undo the Windows Install Clean Up.

Try Revo and see if it can detect/remove Ad-Aware. Run on highest setting.

Nope. After I used Windows Install Clean Up, you can no longer find Ad Aware or Lavasoft. But the system is still slow, and I cannot download Ad Aware any longer.
