Hi
First ever problem in years of using - below is a copy and paste of the advice given get rid of adaware so I can install a 'clean' version, but I can't get rid of it.
It had tried to update to a new version, and it all went wrong it looks like. So anyway, the below help is no use either, as i don't seem to have a unwise.exe file, unless it is hidden too well.

Nor do I have a unregaaw.exe

So stuffed straight away. On normal uninstall it gathers informarion and on the second bit just hangs. It won't start, and won't delete.

Help
Thanks

Hi
See you deleted your own instructions which I was referring to in my post. Which was odd as I was talking about that.

Anyway, XP - Norton Antivirus. Version of Adaware? No idea, it was updating it to a new one after I hit update. So it was trying to put the most recent in I guess. Can't tell because it won't open. Unless there is another way
