Hi - purchased a new, sealed retail box version of Ad Aware Plus. I am trying to register, and it keeps asking me for a serial number. I also tried to register on your website for retail box purchases, and this won't work either. The box simply states Ad Aware Plus, and the end of the box has a UPC number of 1-83861-00045-4. There are are no other numbers listed in the box or on the CD envelope. My computer "footprint" per Ad Aware when I try to register states 3C295EE. Can you please advise on how I can register this software to receive full benefits of Ad Aware Plus - thanks.

Have you double checked? also check to make sure the sticker hasn't fallen off or something. If no luck, then I'll PM you some further instructions.

Hi - no sticker anywhere; see attached photos of the envelope (not yet opened since I did a download from your website to install - my name and date are written on the outside of the envelope so I know when it expires and to keep it separate from my wife's copy) and serial number at the end of the box. Reading your sticker there, have you bought Ad-Aware SE? This is obsolete, so you shouldn't have been sold that. I'll PM you and close this topic.
