Hi,

the Lavasoft Support asked me to send the hardware fingerprint that I could found at the registration screen.

I've spent a lot of time looking for that fingerprint and the registration screen, but I didn't find anything.

Someone could help me? thank you advance

Hi,

On the main page click "register" and this will show you your current hardware fingerprint.
