Now i have no idea what to do about it. I have tried to reinstall it but this didnt change anything. After that I've been searching on the net for any awnsers but no luck so far. There are no other firewalls installed at the moment and I did run an additional norton anti virus removall. So there is nothing (that i know of) wich is blocking Helix from making a connection with the server.

So maybe anyone here can help me out with this issue. Looking foreward for any ideas.

Hi Mandatory,

I've been running AVH for about 30 days on trial. I did have some issues that were resolved as you can see by my previous post, now I have AVH (purchased) installed on 2 computers and I'm getting the same error (on both) as you are, so I imagine that they're probably having a problem at the Lavasoft server end (perhaps Calamity Jane can confirm), because up to today the program has been working perfectly.

Hello all,

You were right Amepro, there was probably something wrong with the server or something because today I tried again (its not installed on my own pc but on my girlfriends) and it worked fine. Thanks for the replies to both you Amepro and Calamity Jane.

Regards,
