Hello! I initially posted on the Anniversary Edition thread - having installed AE,I couldn't run RegTuner - it seemed my subscription had expired. I bought AE last Jan with a 2 years subscription. I thought I'd done the same with RegTuner but the system told me I'd only bought a year of that.
So I hit "renew subscription". The response was a message saying I couldn't renew it. I followed the links to products and bought a year's new subscription there.
I've just got a confirmation email telling me to "begin download" -which I did. When I click on the new icon it tells me my subscription has expired!!

Perhaps I should have uninstalled the old RegTuner. I'll see what you guys say but otherwise I'll uninstall both & then reinstall the new RegTuner in an hour or so.

I've finally found a route to the product tchnical help on the home site so I've contacted them.
