Just to clarify - checking "hide tray" in the AAW options only hides the tray icon, it does not end the AAWTray process. This can be ended by using the "exit" option on the right click menu (although AAW may restart when you restart your PC). For those that do not want this I may be able to provide a workaround shortly.
