Hi,
I tried to install Ad-AwareAE over 2008 Version.
The Installation failed.
Following error-message showed up:
"Could not read file c:\temp\mia1\WISDED53BOBB67C4244AE6AD6FD3C28D1EF_7_1_0_10.MSI due to network-error."
I use WINDOWS XP with SP3,Internet Explorer7.
During the installation-procedure I deaktivated the "Zone Alarm"-firewall.
Any help to fix this problem?

plz install REVO uninst. (link in sign.).
BackUp your system
Run REVO, for uninstall of AAW 2008, in the highest mode.
Install Windows Installer CleanUp Utility ( link in sign.)
Run WICU and delete all AAW references (if present)
Reboot
Start a fresh dl and install.
Let me know how it works.

Now, I'm no computer expert. That's why I do not know what you mean with "start a new dl".
Furthermore. When I delete Ad-Aware 2008-Plus from my PC completely, how do the folks at Lavasoft know, that my 2008-License expires in 508 days from today?
Am I in this case excluded from installation of Ad-Aware AE?

Now I add my questions in German, hoping that you understand German-language and get a clearer picture of the things that worry me.

Des Weiteren:
Meine Lizenz für Ad-Aware 2008-Plus endet erst in 508 Tagen von heute an.
Wenn ich das nun vollständig von meinem PC lösche, kann ich dann die neue AE-Version überhaupt installieren?
Denn bisher war es so, daß-jedesmal wenn ich ein Update machte ein Fenster aufsprang,wo mir angeboten wurde, kostenlos auf Ad-AwareAE upzugraden.
Wie wissen die Leute bei Lavasoft, daß ich wegen meines noch gültigen Abbonement de facto die Berechtigung dazu habe die AE-Version zu installieren?
