I followed all of the steps that was posted to get Ad-Aware not to freeze up the only one that worked was uninstalling SpySweeper. I hope your company has worked something out with SpySweeper so than can both be used. Thanks guys...

Webroot were advised some time ago - the problem is only with their latest build of SpySweeper.

They are working with Lavasoft to correct their problem.

It's not something Lavasoft can "fix" - it is being blocked from scanning by another program.

As security programs add blocking features to protect you from infections or system changes, you'll need to adjust your methods because they block other valid programs as well
