Every time I run a scan my computer freezes up.
Any suggestions?

OK IS ANYONE ACTUALLY LOOKING AT THESE?

I guess nobody in reading the forums has either encountered this problem or has an answer. It would be best to contact the Support Center for individual Tech Support.

Yea I tried that and have not received an answer yet and that was 3 weeks ago

I'll send you a Private message with a alternate email address to contact them directly. Check your private message box in the upper right corner of the forums here that says "New Messages".

Also, check your Spam folder in case it any reply from our Support Team got filtered accidentally as spam.
