Hi everyone

This is my first time on the forum.

I have recently had some trojan problems and I have for used adware free 2007 and now 2008 as a backup and until now I have been very happy. For the last few days I have been getting un unhandled error message everytime I try to do a scan with the free version of the program. It asks me to send an error report which I have done on more then 5 occations and I have not had a response. I am not very computer tech minded so I will try an explain the best I can. This is what the report says

n unhandled exception occured at 0x003E10C0 in aawservice.exe

Exception Code : 0xc0000005
Client version : 0.853
Attached Debugger : 0

I am using windows XP 5.1
service pack 3

I have tried taking the progamme off and putting it on again with no luck. The strange thing is that it loads the updates ok and still works but I get this error message in the background and it stops the programme for working ok. I have not had any issues with adware free versions before so I am not sure what is wrong. I have seen some thopics with the same issues but I need somone to explain in simple terms what is the issue.
