I installed the PLUS version yesterday and it worked just fine. Today it is no longer the PLUS version and has gone back to being the FREE version. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it, but it still will not allow me to register it.

When I try to register it, I get this message:

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."

after I press OK I get this message:


"Unable to license your product. Please make sure that it is installed correctly."

I have some knowledge of pc's, but this is out of my league. Please treat me as an advanced novice.
