I am probably in the wrong forum. someone will tell me I'm sure.
I only came to Lavasaoft because it was listed when I Googled for
information about the above. I have no idea what it is or where to find it.
On another forum I was told that it's best to uninstall AOL and then reinstall it
from the disc. I do have the latest version.

Has anyone had this problem i.e. snmaster.idx database....... "is missing- please restore"
and can't connect to server's opening page?
