Full Version: Failed renewal attempt

I'm caught in a loop and can't seem to break out.
I bought Lavasoft Personal Firewall 3.0 on Sept 24, 2008, and and received two receipts confirming payment from Nexway, in French and Spanish. I also received a disc copy in the mail.
However, Lavasoft now tells me that my subscription (obviously 2007) has expired and that I am not entitled to any updates. Despite my receipts I find no way to get my 2008 renewal recognized on my PC, and I am blocked from querying Support because I cannot log in: my new IDs are not accepted

I thought that perhaps the problem was because I had downloaded the upgrade from Lavasoft's Home page instead of using the click button under one of the 2 receipts (I had not seen it). So I tried again from the receipt and was denied: a message said notify service@nexway and provide the URL (http://dl3.telechargement.fr/range.html/1c...30_endefres.exe), I have received no reply so far; although I really do not know what is going on.

Since this forum is the only place I can connect to and seek advice, I give the data I have in the hope that someone will advise me.

Receipt 1 (in Spanish) is for order No. 279562 dated 2008/09/24 07:17.28. It confirms I paid 37,60 euros for a 1-year subscription and provides access to downloaing the upgrade. It provides a password and confirms my email account.
Receipt 2 is from Lavasoft/Nexway and is order No 4603). Etc.
