On 10/26, I purchased Ad Aware 2008. In order to install it, I received the message, "Uninstall AdAware 2007 before Installing AdAware 2008 Plus".

Due to severe problems with my computer (Windows Installer was inaccessible), I was not able to uninstall 2007. Now my computer is working correctly, so I successfully uninstalled 2007.

At this point, though, I cannot find my downloaded AdAware 2008 Plus files, so now I cannot install it.

I have a printout of my receipt with confirmation no **********.

Please tell me how I can re download and install AdAware 2008.

What you need to do is to log in to the support center (link in my signature) and you should see your licences. Then click on download software just below your Ad-Aware 2008 plus licence.

Failing that, you can download Ad-Aware 2008 free and then click upgrade and insert your licence information, this will automatically upgrade your software.
