I noticed unusual activity yesterday. I also noticed my ventrilo crashed and when it reloaded all my servers, screen names, and passwords were gone... I tried to run anti virus scan but it kept locking up. I did an adaware and got nothing. At first it would not even do an online AV scan but I did some things and finally got an online scan to run. It picked up some items. I deleted them and still could not run my own AV. I defragged and ran a complete repair on load for my c: drive and finally got AV to run. It picked up a virus. I deleted the virus. I decided to run it again on a very deep scan and for the comp to log off when done. I get on my comp today and cannot open the log file and cannot get the AV to run another scan. Wondering if you guys could look at this and maybe offer some advice.
