I just downloaded AA last night. I ran a full scan and it said that some of the files couldn't be deleted until the computer was started back up. Okay fine. But when I started it back up this morning, they weren't gone. In the statistics, it shows how many files were detected and then how many weren't deleted. It's almost all of the files detected.

I downloaded AA on my daughter's computer this morning. And it did the exact same thing.

I'm currently running another full scan on my computer to see what it will do and if it will delete those files.

Why isn't it doing what it said it would do?

Do you know what the files were? If not, could you post your log files please, so we can see.
