Keep getting errors when trying to remove vr 2007. I have since removed the folder/files manually after stopping the service. Install of vr 2008 gives me same error. (2007 is still showing in the add/remove programs list) 1316 error refers to c:\windows\installer wise 31c34....msi

Well after 3 hrs, 2007 is finally removed and 2008 is installed. Using the Windows installer clean up tool allowed for a clean install. Tx for the help!
