I have the Ad-aware SE PLus, and it tells me every time that I run it that I have a registry Trojan downloader ZLOB
on my computer, I ask it to remove it, run another scan, and it is still there. I just bought the Registry Tuner yesterday,
ran it, and it said that it fixed several hundred problems. I was hoping that it would fix the ZLOB problem, but Ad-aware
still says that it didn't?? Did I not get the right program for the job? If not, can I return this, and get the appropriate one?

Unfortunately registry tuners do not remove malware, instead they optimize your registry to make your computer run faster and smoother.

What you'll need to do is to read this topic and follow the instructions. Then post in the Hijack This forum to request help in removing any infections that ad-aware can't remove.

With regards to your question about returning, you will have to log into the support center (link in signature) and ask them.
