Apparently, customers who have purchased a license for Ad-Aware lose the privilege of using the product they have bought.

This is shady tactics. I'm all for charging for upgrades (hey, programs don't write themselves), but charging more money to use the same version of software is bad business.

With Ad-Aware, customers lose.

You basically need to go through the Support Center and if you have forgotten both your password and your email address you can go to the Support Center

Choose the link for "lost password"

The next screen will give you a link for a form to fill out if you have forgotten both password and the email address

Additionally, Raziel has probably sent you a PM with the email address to contact them directly via email if all else fails.
