Hi everyone

I just ran a virus scan and it gave me an error msg. It saids:

an unhandled exception occured at 0x00000018 in aawservice.exe

exception code :0xc0000005

... and so on


i am on windows vista, and am running adaware 2008 i just updated after the crash, but i think i scanned it a few days ago.

If you need any additional information i will do my best

I have the same issue - an unhandled exception that results in the scan being stopped - and uninstallng the program and then reinstalling it has not resolved the issue. I continue to get the message and the scan keeps stopping midway through its run.
