Full Version: Why does Lavasoft fail to give me a valid password?

I'm trying to log-in to the download page for Personal Firewall 3 but am rejected every time.

I renewed my purchase of the firewall on November 5, 2007, and the FAQ list indicates that I could download version 3 for free. But I keep running into stone walls: so far I have been given three password numbers and all of them produce the same note saying that they do not match.

Admittedly, I am no expert user, but it seems to me that I have at least a month to go on my licence.

Is there anyone out there who could kindly explain to me what could be the problem?

So I guess the answer is no, and that there is no way out of the loop when Lavasoft can't recognize your password.
