1. This morning I downloaded the ad-aware 2008 free version. After installation I ran the first scan. Once the scan was complete, I received an unhandled exception error. The error description is below:
UNHANDLED EXCEPTION
aawservice.exe has unfortunately experienced an unhandled exception and was forced to close. Please submit this error and we will endeavor to solve the problem as soon as possible.
Status Idle...
Send crash report to lavasoft.
2. I clicked submit and received another message. Details below:
No route to host. unable to connect to lavasoft servers. Transaction Aborted.
3. I closed out of the programs and shut down my computer. During shut down I got another error. Details below:
CCSVC HOST NOT RUNNING.
I am running the following:
Windows xp home edition, service pack 3. I have dial up only.
Is there any one that can help me get this issue resolved?

I have just started getting the same error, after updating today (6/11/08).
Unhandled excepton in aawservice.exe at 0x1007627A
Again could not send crash report to Lavasoft.
