Hi,

One of our end users has informed me that our software is recognised as Win32.adware.rabio and as a result they are unable to install our product.

Can you please assist in resolving this?

Thanks,
Boulent

Hi LS Anders,

Here is a link of where you can download our software from, I hope this helps.

ExPort v3

I've asked the end user to e-mail the ad-aware log file to me and I'll then add that to the discussion.

Thanks

OK, we will download download the software and investigate this. If it is found to be a False Positive it will be removed from the next definition file.

Thanks

If this is the case can you please tell me when the next definition file is due for release, as I will have to notify the end user who reported it.

LS Anders
Hello

The file was removed with release 0117.0000 released earlier this week.
