the free lavasoft 2007 system worked great. i downloaded 2008 and it worked for a short time. now it runs and when i hit 'remove' for infections, the system crashes. the message is ' unhandled exception' forced to close. i've sent the crash report to lavasoft with no response. can this be corrected ? thanks for any help provided !

Please give more details about the crash...What exactly was there in the crash raport??
