Symptom

Ad-Aware Freezes During the Memory Scan

Cause

This can be caused by one of the realtime shields in the SpySweeper 5 application

Resolution

Spysweeper producer "Webroot" has been informed of the compatibility issues with our and other applications. For the time being, you should disable SpySweeper realtime protection while performing an Ad-Aware scan
