I too have a problem with definitions file error saying it is missing or corrupt after updating. I have an XP Pro OS and never had problem before. I have used AdAware Plus & AdWatch for years. This is my first problem and it has been very frustrating trying to get any support. It appears that LS is trying to avoid direct customer contact! At this point I am ready to remove all aspects of LS and move on to other/better solutions. I don't need the continued hassle and barriers to getting customer assistance.
If either of you have found a solution or received any LS support please advise.
