I ran a scan with adaware hoping to get rid of a "windows antivirus 2008" infection. Adaware didn't seem to touch it? Is there more I can do?

pls download and install 'HijackThis' from Trendmicro's,
run a scan and copy/paste the logfile in your next reply.
