Full Version: Ad-Watch notifications settings too sensitive?

Just installed the 2008 Ad-Aware Plus.

With Ad-Watch running, I am getting multiple notifications of "apdproxy.exe" ...trying to modify the registry.

An Ad-Watch pop-up currently says 14 notifications queued. Allow or Block.

Are my settings too sensitive? I understand this is an Adobe Photoshop file. I have several Adobe programs.

If this is being caused by settings that are too sensitive, is there a source for info on good common sense settings for Ad-Aware and Ad-Watch?

Thanks,

kristin

Thanks, Raziel!

When I opened the trusted program list in Ad-Watch, "apdproxy.exe" was already there. However, when I go into the SETTINGS:Notifications page, "Use Trusted Programs List" is de-selected (red X). Should this be changed to selected (green check)?

That's it ! biggrin.gif
You only have to switch it from red to green ( question mark is clickable )
A nice weekend
