I've been using Lavasoft Personal Firewall ver. 1.0.543.5722 (433), but after a major computer problem (now solved) need to change to version 2 (since still using Windows 98). Will the Windows `remove programs' module correctly remove all traces of the old version? (So often stuff gets left behind in the registry when you try to 'remove' a program this way). Or can I install ver. 2 over the old one, perhaps -- and hopefully keep all my settings? Any help would be appreciated.
