Hi all,

today I upgraded to 107.00. Well I let him scan and he does something realy weird now. First time he gave me a certain .dll file of yahoo messenger as a virtumonde. so I let him quarantaine it. I reboot let him scan again then he says a .dll file of my Nprotect is a virtumonde....
He never before took those dll's as malware, I even did a third scan now and again 1 virtumonde file a .dd in the C:\system volume information directory

I suspect these are false positives? since I have no problems with my computer whatsoever...

Can anyone confirm this?

To be on the safe side you should download and install 'HijackThis' from
TrendMicro's, run a scan and copy/paste the logfile in your next reply.

looks like I don't have a log file, checked the link and did what it says but it's not there when I check the log section in adaware it's empty too, I'll redo a scan and see if he finds something else now and then directly post it! (just updated to 108.00) lets see if he still finds things

well did another scan now and he didn't find anything anymore with the 108.00 update, only tracking cookies but that's normal... dunno what happened, is the hijack this file clean?
