man i have a core 2 quad q6600 oc 4gb of ddr2 ram and a evga 750i sli ftw one of the fastest mobos money can buy and this ad aware is half done of a full scan and its been goin for 35 min so put this in testamonials this was the free version and its not my computer this prog is way to SLOW ! its not just slow its retarded i wouldnt pay for this if i had thousands of infected files and anyone who uses it only does so because they dont know enough about computers to use something else i thought i would give it a go after 2 years but it still sux. all you really have to do to get rid of adware is clean your regestry really well but you dont bother telling anyone that.

I have a 3.4 GH processor, 4MB ram...I mean a VERY fast machine,,,and it still takes 17 + minutes to do a quick scan...horrible. I have been with Lavasoft for 3 years and if this does not get faster..this will be my last!
Sorry to vent, but to have a program this slow, when other comparable programs are 10X-20X faster is not good. And to top things off...it does not find anything that a good registry cleaner wouldn't, especially with the newer virus programs ect. You guys need to be quicker, or give a product that does something that others don't!!!
