My browser has been hijacked, mainly when in google for several months now. After running a scan using Adaware 2.7, I get the following result

Unfortunately, it tells me to reboot in order to get rid of the infection, but in the past the infection remains.
Any recommendations?
Can I delete ms.dll ?
