I find it very confusing you have the General support forum section with the post your support issues section. and you have product families section. Where exactly do you need to post problems with one off Ad-Aware versions? I first thought that problems should be placed in the product families section. But I also see people posting problems in the post your support issues sections. I first thought that the support issues was only for reporting problems with Lavasoft support. But that isn't the case.
What I suggest is giving a more detailled description off what exactly need to be posted in the Post your support issues section or the same by the product families section?
