Hi

A word of warning: Neither I nor sUBs are responsible for any damage you may have caused your machine by running ComboFix on your own. This tool is not a toy and not for everyday use.

1. Download combofix from any of these links and save it to Desktop:
Link 1
Link 2
Link 3

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

2. Double click combofix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you (C:\ComboFix.txt). Post that log & a fresh hjt log in your next reply

Note:
Do not mouseclick combofix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Combofix should never take more that 20 minutes including the reboot if malware is detected.
If it does, open Task Manager then Processes tab (press ctrl, alt and del at the same time) and end any processes of findstr, find, sed or swreg, then combofix should continue.
If that happened we want to know, and also what process you had to end.

If you have problems with Combofix usage, see here
vlados
Still have huge problems...
Combofix finished for several minutes, but in the moment report was created computer again showed screens with errors, and restarted himself
This is report Combofix I have found im C:/...I hope its the one + I am giving you new hijack this...

Hi

Yes, please do continue following rest of the instructions smile.gif
vlados
Several problems:(

1. I am mostly using IE, so cleaning my Firefox probably didn't help a lot, because I am using it rare sad.gif
2. When i did update for Malware and start scan on line it failed out (blue screen appear again reporting error),
than I tried to do it while I was off line, and most of C:/ test was done without virus find when error occurred "run time error 14 - out of string space".
3. Than I tried at least to do smart scan, and I made it without virus find, but hijack still shows problems.
Both reports are bellow.
4. Btw. kaspersky found virus in combofix:). I assume its mistake, but just in case..he said its Heur.Invader.
I didn't delete it.

Hi

Did you run Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware in safe mode? If you didn't please defrag your hard drive(s) first and then run MBAM in safe mode.

vlados
I couldn't do defrag, because after few minutes "blue screen with warning" appeared again.

Than I tried "Malware" in safe mode. He checked complete C:/ without virus,
but when he was to finish D:/..blue screen appeared again (while I was in safe mode!)

I really don't know what's causing this sad.gif
Blade81
Hi

Either hardware problem or infection caused issue (or both). Let's see if you can run GMER rootkit scanner.

Download GMER and save it your desktop:
  • Extract it to your desktop and double-click GMER.exe
  • Click rootkit-tab and then scan.
  • Don't check
    Show All
    box while scanning in progress!
  • When scanning is ready, click Copy.
  • This copies log to clipboard
  • Post log in your reply.

vlados
I've tried several times to start it...
after 2-3 minutes of work it stops every time on the same place:

Software/Microsoft Windows/Current Version/Uninstall/KB938829

and than after several seconds blue screen with error appears again....

I've tried from safe mode also, but result is the same
(now I even have huge problems to go into safe mode...I needed several attempts)

I notice that when I go on line and use Firefox I almost don't have any problems...as soon as I open IE, blue screen appears
very soon...

More than that I've tried to start Ad-Aware but its blocked like GMER after 2-3 minutes of work...same with Kaspersky....and blue screen again appears with error
Blade81
Hi

Please backup all necessary photos, videos or music you want to save in case following action doesn't go as planned.

When things are backuped please follow the instructions here to perform disk error checking (Manual steps to run Chkdsk from My Computer or Windows Explorer -option for example).
