Hi Raziel,
I have a unique situation. My organization used Ad-Aware SE before it was discontinued, for which we owned a site license. This recent change pushed us into looking for alternatives from Lavasoft, so we signed up for the 30 day trail for Enterprise 2.0. So technically, I have a trial license, so I can't sign up for their help.
Any suggestions? Most software companies I've dealt with as of recent have pre-sales support, etc., but it seems like Lavasoft does not.
