Hi

This week my Symantec antivirus found Downloader troajn but it couldnt solve the problem. The Symantec instructions told me to run a full scan in Safe mode. but when I run the scan it doesnt find any infected file

So I run my Ad-Aware SE and it found some spyares and I delete them using the product but now after some minutes after booting the machine some applications cant be started I receive the error message

The application failed to initialze properly 0xc015004 . How can I solve the problem?

Could you please post the scan log from Adaware for the date when you ran the program and it found item which you deleted?

As Logs are stored in :
C:\Documents and Settings\USERNAME\Application Data\Lavasoft\Ad-aware\Logs\.
An easy way to get there is to
click Start,
click Run
And type in and press ENTER: %appdata%
then click Lavasoft
then Ad-Aware
and then Logs.
scroll down to find the latest one that you have
(by date & time)
and open it right Click select all
copy and then paste the contents of it here.
(Make sure that all of your Logfile has been posted, sometimes it will require two post's to get it all)
