Any news on this problem? I still haven't heard from anyone regarding my serial and security center logon information.

I purchased 2008 pro on 5/21/08. My reciept included a order number and total price summary. No serial number or license information. I can't log into customer support because it says it doesn't recognise my email address. I emailed on the 21st and got a response that said they were working on the problem and it would be resolved soon.

I haven't heard anything since.
