Yesterday I d/l the new 2008 version and everything was working fine until today. So I went and d/l another copy of the program and it had to do an uninstall. Then I clicked on the exe file again and it started to install the program and it gets half way through and then it begins to uninstall itself and i get a box that says "Installation ended prematurely because of an error". It doesn't give me any error number or anything else.

Help, why can't I install it?

Not quite sure I follow what you did ... did you try to install 2008 twice on the same computer at the same time? Can you try again to explain exactly what you did?
