I am unable to get any updates, and while trying to do so recieved a message requesting me to send to lavasoft. Component TLVfocusctrl
access violation 00557F17
I've been having trouble with the program shutting down, always get the non responsive message to send a report to microsoft.
Would love to get some help on this.
I am using windows XP, AVG antivirus paid version, Ashampoo firewall, spybot. Have disconnected windows firewall.

Which version of Ad-Aware are you using. Please update to Ad-Aware 2008 (if you haven't already done so).
