Hiya,

I've just completed a full scan, all it'd found were cookies. As I went to remove them, this error msg came up..

An error has just occured in Ad-Aware 2007

Component: TVirtualStringTree

Message: Access violation at address 00537FEC in module 'ad-aware2007.exe', read of address 0000000D

And then the programme closed.

Does anyone know what it means?

Thanx

Hi,
I have just had the same sort of problem .

I did scan and after looking at results I clicked the remove button.

Then had the Error messaage as you did except adress was 005381BO

Can anyone advise what ir means and did I do something wrong?

Thanks
ktfaerie
If two of us have had this, it's clearly not an isolated problem.

Somebody must know what this means. sad.gif

Hi ktfaerie biggrin.gif
pls download and install 'HijackThis' from TrendMicro's,
run a scan and copy/paste the logfile a your NEW!! post.
The appropriate forum is ...

I'm going to close this thread to avoid any confusion.
