In running a full scan on the recently uploaded adaware 2007 at the end it showed I had one item in quarantine and one in ignore but the delete button is greyed out so can't delete them. I than ran a smart scan- same result but now received the following error message:
adaware 2007
component : t virtual string tree
access violation at 005381B0 in module adaware 2007.exe read address 0000000B

How do I fix this as it said to contact technical support and as this is the free adaware there is no where else to inquire.
