User Account Control is blocking Personal Firewall 3.0 from loading when Vista starts. On the system try, when I click run blocked programs and then click Firewall User Interface, nothing happens. Firewall 3.0 wont even load from the program menu. When I shutdown or reboot vista I few errors pop up saying op_mon failed to load.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled and I keep getting the same problem. I'm running the 32bit version of vista and firewall 3.o. I'm not running any other firewall and my old firewall was uninstalled correctly..
